Working with me
I offer both short and long-term therapy, online via zoom and in-person in North West London.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes and take place weekly, although we can discuss the frequency and duration of therapy in line with your circumstances and needs.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong before you begin.
Sometimes, the first step is simply having somewhere to make sense of it all.
Individual Therapy
50 minutes | From £80
Individual psychotherapy tailored to you, your experiences and what you need from therapy. Together, we can explore recurring patterns, make sense of difficult experiences and develop greater self-awareness, clarity and self-trust.
Couples Therapy
50 minutes | £120
A space for you to slow things down, understand the patterns and dynamics within your relationship, and explore difficulties together in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Sessions & Fees
I offer a free, no-obligation 20–25 minute consultation before we begin therapy. It’s an opportunity to talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
Relationship Clarity Consultation
90 minutes | £120
A focused, one-off consultation for anyone trying to make sense of a confusing, emotionally difficult or potentially abusive relationship, past or present.
Together, we’ll take a step back, explore the patterns and dynamics you’ve been experiencing, and create space for you to reconnect with your own perspective, understand your needs, and consider what feels right for you moving forward.
This is a one-off consultation rather than ongoing psychotherapy.
