Hi, I’m Laura.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or stuck?
I’m a trauma-informed integrative psychotherapist working online, helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, understand the patterns beneath it, and reconnect with themselves.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity, fertility and life transitions, alongside a particular interest in emotionally abusive relationships and narcissistic abuse.
Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s understanding yourself more deeply - and creating the space to do things differently.
Therapy that helps you understand what’s really going on.
Sometimes we know something isn’t quite right, but we can’t work out why we feel so anxious, exhausted, stuck or disconnected from ourselves.
Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety or burnout. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, fertility or a major life change. Or perhaps you’ve come out of an emotionally abusive relationship and are questioning your own judgement, boundaries or sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative and relational. I draw on integrative psychotherapy alongside trauma-informed and somatic approaches, adapting our work to you rather than asking you to fit into a particular model.
I’m particularly interested in the ways our early relationships can shape how we experience ourselves and others — and how those patterns can continue into adult life.
Together, we can begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface, develop greater self-awareness and build a stronger sense of clarity, choice and self-trust.
A Little About Me
I’m Laura, a qualified integrative psychotherapist and BACP member with a particular interest in trauma, relationships and the ways our early experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
My work has evolved over the years through my clinical experience and continued training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches. Alongside my broader therapeutic practice, I’m currently undertaking specialist training in narcissistic abuse and somatic trauma-informed coaching.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship; a space where you can be understood without judgement, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and gradually develop a deeper trust in your own experience.
